We both enjoyed good health until we were in our mid 40's when we started to have unusual health challenges. In our quest for healing we went the traditional route and didn't find the answers we needed, so we started to research alternative methods of healing. Our research led us down many different paths but in the end we gleaned the greatest benefits by implementing certain foundational principles including nutrition, emotional wellness, stress management, energy clearing and movement. We decided to further our education in various modalities that we benefited from most so that we could empower others to find balance and harmony for themselves.
