Certified Coaching
My name is Christy Thames and I am a certified Life Coach who is passionate about working with people who are going through (or have gone through) broken relationships or looking for support in healing through major life transitions. I have gone through some of the same struggles in my own personal journey and have built a family unit and life that is stronger than ever. We can't heal what we don't know so it's important to uncover the hidden subconscious thoughts and fears that are creating our current paradigm and shift to a place of growth and peace.
It is an honor for me to work with individuals going through the emotional journey of difficult life transitions by assisting them in setting goals and changing habits with consistent sessions which will help them progress over time. I will assist in bringing awareness and intention to alchemizing emotions and changing mindsets with a wholistic approach to healing the mind, body and spirit.
